专题序言
拉丁美洲是全球南方的重要组成部分，也是全球治理的积极参与者和贡献者。在巴西担任二十国集团主席国、中国—拉共体论坛迎来十周年之际，本期《全球治理学科动态》以“拉丁美洲与全球治理”为主题，探讨了主要拉美国家国际政治经济学的研究议题与理论特色，运用多种研究方法分析了拉美区域治理中的常规模式与危机应对，以及域外大国参与对拉美区域合作的影响。这些近期文献展示了拉丁美洲进行区域治理和参与全球治理的学术传统和实践特征，在比较视野下深化了对影响拉美区域治理效果的相关因素的理解，为中方支持拉美和加勒比地区一体化进程、加强中拉论坛建设提供了政策启示。
